Return Policy
At Lady Glam, we stand by the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here is our return policy:
1. Returns on Damaged Products Only: We accept returns only if the product arrived damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. No Returns on Cosmetics: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics unless the item arrived damaged.
3. Initiating a Return: If your product arrived damaged, please contact us at ladyglamstore@gmail.com with details of the product and the damage. You can send the item back to us within 2 days of receiving it.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
