    It is nice but it rolls up when raising my arms up. It is not great for big breast, my breast are large (34 D cup). I bought a medium that was far worse in fit. It would roll up showing my breast/nipple. I ordered Large to test out if the issue was due to size. The large helped but it still rolls up slightly. I would not be able to use this on any upper body training to avoid my breast from showing. Especially no pull ups or high rows. But I figured if you have small breast, this will not be an issue. The large still fits snug. So I think it might run a bit small but with stretch so maybe not. I’m normally a M. Never L unless it’s a tight fit and runs small. For very small chested women, I believe you will be okay with true size. If you are B or C cup. Maybe go up a size. If you are D+ don’t buy for working out. And definitely a L will be your best choice, it XL if they have it.
